PUBLISHING HOUSE “Petersburg Directories” was established in 1997 as a publisher of magazines and directories on education and family life subjects. By now it has achieved a leader position on the Saint-Petersburg market; its editions are well known in Saint-Petersburg as well as in many other regions of Russia.

The main products of the Publishing House are specialized directory “Obrazovanie segodnia” (Education Today) and information magazine “Vypusknoy Class” (Senior Class). These editions provide citizens with reliable and detailed information for those people who want to improve their educational level.

During recent years Russia has made a great stride toward integration with European and worldwide economy. As a result of this integration a new middle class has been formed in Russia and in Saint-Petersburg (19% of families on average).

Mostly the middle class is represented by quite young people (23-45 years old) who understand the significance of high standard education for their future and the future of their children. They show a great interest in education abroad and they have all the preconditions necessary – money to pay for and English Language Certificates to speak and study (about 20% of middle class graduates have passed English Language Examinations and have Certificates recognized in Europe and worldwide]. The only thing they have not got enough is information.

There is a great demand for the information about foreign educational institution in Saint-Petersburg and Russia. That is why we have established a new heading “Education Abroad” in the directory “Obrazovanie Segodnia” (Education Today) and in the information magazine “Vypusknoy Class” (Senior Class).

The detailed information about your University (College) published in one or both of our editions will be very essential for Saint Petersburg youth and will finally bring you many new students.
